Hotel Roc Illetas & Spa

We had a very pleasant stay at the Roc clean and friendly service.

The breakfast was savoury and with fabulous views across the bay, the staff was very flexible.

The breakfast was varied and hot with variety of options in the garden. The staff was professional at all times.

This hotel offers a fine location with amazing views. The double room with a lateral sea view was spacious and clean. The breakfast selection was excellent and the outdoor space is lovely. Just note that the layout can be confusing with many stairs. A wonderful place for relaxation overall!

Everything was incredible, including absolutely courteous and excellent staff with our every request. It was based in absolutely charming building in a lovely location, in a nice quiet area too. We tried some drinks at gastropub Infuze Bar, located 15 minutes walk away. The pool was very clean and we had free soft drinks in the snack bar.

Views appeared to be not very good.

The staff was super friendly, reliable and helpful, the breakfast buffet very rich and with the fresh fruit very tasty. The complex was attractively designed, beautiful garden, great view and quiet rooms. The bus stop right in front of the hotel was also very practical.

Mattresses were a bit worn out, blanket too thin, because it was still very cold.

Can just recommend for overnight stay

Beautiful room, beautiful poolside drinks, we enjoyed our stay while taking advantage of the convenient luggage storage.

A complete lack of child-friendly play areas!!! The constant noise from adjacent rooms interrupted any hope of relaxation. Maintenance issues were evident, with many facilities in disrepair. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired!!!

The breakfast available was savoury and free with wine and many different dishes to choose from. The hotel has beautiful location not far from the prettiest areas and a promenade and the restaurants on the street. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Puro Beach...

The breakfast I was offered was cold; it could be way much better.

It was simply a wonderful stay. Especially to emphasize the friendliness of the whole staff, especially the receptionist Linda, who really fulfilled every wish and also gave good tips for exploring the surroundings. Every morning there was an excellent breakfast with lots of fresh regional products. Really a perfect price-performance ratio.

Staying at this lovely hotel with our family and dog was fantastic! We enjoyed lounging by the beautiful sea-view pool and loved the delicious dinner buffet. The available access to the ocean was a bonus.

In my wife's opinion, the only downside was the limited parking situation. It would have been great if the hotel offered more dedicated spots for families with children.

furniture in the room very old, not suitable at all for small children(using the baby carrier inside the hotel and to the pools is difficult), pools are really small and not heated, the hotel is not next to the sea but behind the shared-app block(you can still see the sea from a sea view room as they are placed at top floors), no minibar

Everything : the room was big, the environment was great : just perfect.

The fact that the guests reserved their chairs at the pool before breakfast by using their towels : as a matter of fact there were too little chairs at the swimming pool according to the amount of guests

The reception staff warmly welcomed me upon arrival, and the suite I stayed in was clean, well-equipped, and provided a fine sea view. The hotel's various facilities, including a swimming pool, spa, and rooftop yoga, were all well-maintained. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive and helpful.

Some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear and tear.
